Asthma alternative treatments
As in many other problematic situations, the best way to avoid asthma from happening, is to avoid it’s causes. In many cases, asthma is triggered by an outside factor such as dust, pets or smoking. In other cases Asthma is triggered by an emotional state such as stress or anxiety. In all cases, the best way to handle the situation is to make the effort to avoid the triggering factor all together.
There are many kinds of treatment to Asthma and they can be divided into 3 classes: relievers, preventers and emergency treatment. The specific medical treatment recommended to patients with asthma depends on the severity of their illness and the frequency of their symptoms.

5. The Buteyko method - a Russian therapy that is based on breathing exercises was tested in a controlled trial of just 39 patients in 1998. The results suggested that it may moderately reduce in the patient’s reliance on medication. Another experiment in 2003, showed even better results of a %94 reduction in medication dependency.
These results show us that you need to test alternative methods for Asthma treatment by yourself. You may find one of them that will help you and reduce your need for medication. All medications are harmful to some degree, and it’s always a good idea to reduce the reliance on them as much as possible.
