How To Lose Weight Rapidly My name is Sim Telly and I was fat, I can say obese. I was disgusted with my look and other persons told me that I’m getting fatter and fatter. Instantly my life question became how to lose weight rapidly.

At age 49, I was at least 50 pounds overweight and growing increasingly frustrated with my situation. I had been a skinny kid and continued to view myself as a skinny person. I never struggled with weight loss until after I had four children. By the time kid number 3 came along, I had to reassess my self-image, and face the awful truth.

I was bored and with no life desire… I’ve decided to try a diet from a renowned dieter, and I’ve spent 13 months trying to lose weight. It wasn’t easy, though. I was always hungry and grew pretty tired of the hum-drum tasting food. It wasn’t cheap, either. My friends tried to recommend me some good dieters but I refused them. After my fourth children birth I gained a few kilos… about 20… I was desperate, and I asked a few dieters how I lose weight rapidly. Some of them thought that it will be impossible. I started to lose my faith… I even wear a shirt with this inscription How To Lose Weight RAPIDLY.

Why can’t I lose weight and keep it off?

It’s a complicated answer. Let’s assess the situation...

1. I had a mind-numbingly boring job as a medical transcriptionist where I barely moved (sitting in front of a computer all day)

2. I ate junk food

3. I didn’t get enough sleep

4. I drank diet Pepsi instead of water

Hmmm ... yes, that would probably account for the fatness. I said one day.

I knew I should eat right and exercise to lose weight, yet I didn’t do it.

I decided to create a plan for changing my entire life, and follow a new diet, that was recommended by my boss.

First, I determined what I wanted:

1. To lose weight rapidly to a healthy level

2. Income from a source that would allow me to enjoy life and not just barely pay the bills

3. Creative activities that would stimulate my mind

That’s not asking so much and I was determined to accomplish it! Now I’m proud of me, my devotion to that diet helped me to become healthy and above all a normal person.
