One week diet
You can lose weight only if you pay attention to your lifestyle. It is surprising how much weight you lose in one week if you follow a good diet. Because many of us have a busy life, we forget to take care of our body and we tend to do things that seem good only for the moment. This kind of things makes us feel guilty later when we see the extra pounds. There are a few types of food, ways of eating and even some exercises to do for many busy people. First, you need to take a look to your diet.
The numbers of the calories in the food you are going to eat in one week should be moderate if you are going to do some exercise as well or very low if you are a busy or a lazy person. In this diet we cut from the calorie intake until it reaches 1000 calories a day. These 1000 calories diet made for one week is a healthy one rich in proteins and carbohydrates and gives you a good nutrition and a tasty food. Here is a menu that provides 1000 calories, 60g protein, 145g carbohydrate, and 21g fat, for one day. For the rest of the six days you can improvise and prepare what you want, but it is recommended that you do not have more than 1000 calories a day.
Breakfast
Breakfast must be the healthiest meal that you eat during a day. Here is a delicious breakfast that you can prepare alone. Make a banana sandwich with 2 small slices of whole meal bread and a small banana plus 200ml of orange juice.
Morning Snack:
The morning snack must have no more than 100g pot of low fruit yoghurt.
Lunch:
If you decide to diet and want to lose weight dieting one week, then lunch is considered the most important meal of the day. Combining some of these foods you will obtain a delicious meal.
• Mixed salad made of 50g lettuce, 50g red or yellow sweet peppers, 10g spring onions.
• 1 whole meal roll (45g) filled with 70g tuna (canned in brine) and 10g reduced calorie mayonnaise.
Afternoon Snack
At the afternoon snack it is recommended to consume 28g bag of lower fat crisps.
Dinner
Here are some foods to prepare for your diner. You can combine them and obtain a moderate diner not too rich in calories but healthy and well balanced.
• 80g Potatoes mashed with 30ml semi-skimmed milk
• 60g Broccoli, steamed or boiled
• 50g Carrots boiled
• 70g Roast Chicken breast (without skin)
• 100ml Gravy (made from granules).
Evening
For the evening snack a hot chocolate drink should be enough for you. That is made with powder and waters the whole drink being low calories one.
Depending of everyone’s activity level this will help you to lose 3-4lbs/week if you are women and 3-5lbs/week if you are a man.
It is not difficult to lose weight, all you need is will plus you are not forced to change your lifestyle. All you have to do is have a moderate life. The healthy habits must be continued after the 1st week so you can feel healthy and proud of yourself on the “in/out” side.
