The Best Diet To Lose Weight
Weight loss is a tricky topic. Lots of people are unhappy with their present weight, but most aren’t sure how to change it - and many would be better off staying where they are. You may want to look like the models or actors in magazines and on TV, but those goals might not be healthy or realistic for you. Besides, no magical diet or pill will make you look like someone else.
First of all my life was a nightmare, because of my weight. I figured that the world judges us by the look. I hardly tried to prove that even if I’m fat (obese I can say) I deserve a little respect and that I’m equal with others in human rights. There was no side effect. And I said to myself that it will be a hard work burning fat. I asked:

I followed lots of diets that do noting but burn my fats temporary or had no effect. I also met dieters that couldn’t do something for me and my weight… I was desperate… I lost my hope… I was ruined. I also tried to be my own dieter, but when I realized that I’m getting bigger I stopped in time. Lucky me!!! So if I turn back in time and look at myself I should tell you that no dieter is good and all of them are nothing but liars. I didn’t stopped looking for the best diet to lose weight.
