New to BabyFit? You’ll need to set up your program first and then customize the tools. If you are new to BabyFit and trying to conceive, follow these instructions to set up your program:

Set up your Nutrition plan as if you were pregnant.
Go to the MY HOME tab, you will be on the START page.
Click on MY PLAN on the blue left-side menu bar
Click on "set up my personalized program". Click on Pregnancy Fitness and Nutrition Plan. (You will alter the settings later to suit your specific situation)

During the set-up you will be asked for a due date, estimate a due date - you can change the due date on your START page, once you conceive. When asked for your pre-pregnancy weight, enter your current weight.

During the set-up process the program calculated your calorie range as if you were pregnant. You can adjust the program to maintain your current weight, while eating healthy for you and your future pregnancy. Here’s how:

ADJUST YOUR CALORIES

Calories can be manually adjusted in the nutrition tracker. After signing in, click on the "My Plan" tab at the left of your screen. Find your calorie goal ("Consume between ___ and ___ calories per day") in the list of nutritional goals listed, and click on it.

This new screen will allow you to edit your current calorie range, which is based on increased caloric needs during pregnancy. This is the number of calories you needed in order to gain a healthy amount of weight during pregnancy.

For Preconception, subtract 300 calories on both ends of the range.

Click "Save and Return".

ONCE YOU ARE PREGNANT

1. Re-adjust your calories as instructed above, but ADD 300 calories to each end of the range.
2. On your START page, edit your due date to reflect your current pregnancy by clicking the yellow "Change Your Due Date" button.
